Sara I love the Papua New Guinea!!! It has a great flavor profile and I love that the beans are fresh. The sealable bags are also great so I don't have to worry about my beans going bad too quickly. You can't go wrong with any beans from Trixie's, but the Papua New Guinea might be my fave :)
